Shanghai, China – Oct. 30, 2015 – Tequila Patrón ESM continued its worldwide motorsports season after qualifying sixth and ninth for Sunday’s FIA World Endurance Championship’s (FIA WEC) 6 Hours of Shanghai.
Per the FIA WEC rules, the quickest lap time from each team’s two qualifying drivers are averaged in order to determine the starting position.
Ryan Dalziel and David Heinemeier Hansson qualified the No. 30 Tequila Patrón ESM Ligier JS Honda sixth with an average lap time of 1:54.775. Dalziel and Heinemeier Hansson are co-driving with Tequila Patrón ESM driver/owner Scott Sharp during the six-hour endurance challenge on Sunday.
Ed Brown and Johannes van Overbeek qualified the No. 31 Tequila Patrón ESM Ligier JS Honda ninth with an average lap time of 1:57.432. Brown and van Overbeek are co-driving with Jon Fogarty for Sunday’s race.
Green flag for the 6 Hours of Shanghai takes place at 11 a.m. CET on Sunday, November 1 / 10 p.m. ET on Saturday.

For U.S. viewers, the first 4.5 hours of the 6 Hours of Shanghai will air live on FOX Sports 2 on Saturday, October 31, at 11 p.m. The final 90 minutes will air live on FOX Sports 1 (Check local listings due to time change.)
